I started Charming Soul with a simple, rebellious goal: To democratise elegance and redefine the value of jewellery which is elegant, unique and speak to ourselves, and more importantly, a jewellery brand that is accessible to everyone. I remember my grandma who was a successful business woman, raising 6 wonderful kids on her own once told me “Business is not just about making money; it is more about making sure your customers are happy.” This has sparked my interest in investing in my customers’ happiness.
